Baked Beans and Franks

12 slices of bacon
1 onion
2 cans (28 oz) pork and beans
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
2 hot dogs, sliced (or more if needed)

Preheat the oven to 375

Cook the bacon over low heat until crisp. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Then crumble.

To the bacon fat add the onion and cook, stirring until softened.

In a large bowl, combine the bacon, onion, bacon fat and the pork and beans.
Stir in the sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard. Put into a 13x9 baking
dish and cover with aluminum foil.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and place sliced hotdogs on top
of beans. Bake uncovered, until the hot dogs are heated through, another 10
minutes. This is better browned slightly on top.
