Baked Chicken in Cream Sauce (Matt’s Aunt Mary, submitted by Jodi)
6 chicken breasts, halved
Thinly sliced deli ham
1- ½ c. sour cream
3 oz. cream cheese
2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
¾ c. white wine
Wrap each chicken breast half with a thin slice of ham. Place in 9 x 13 baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan and heat over low heat. Spread the sauce over the chicken. Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours. Uncover and cook an additional 30 minutes.
