Bananas Foster (Jodi)

2 Tbl. butter
2 bananas, sliced
1 cup light brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 pinch of salt
1 oz. Rum
Ice Cream

In a saucepan, melt the butter on medium heat. Add the bananas and stir constantly for 2 minutes. Add the brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.

Remove the pan from the heat and add the rum. Lower the heat, return the pan to the burner and stir constantly for 2 minutes.

Serve over the top of Vanilla, Heath, or Cookies 'N Cream ice cream.
