Catalina Chicken Wings

1 bottle (16 oz.) Catalina Dressing
½ cup soy sauce
5 pounds chicken wings, separated at joints, tips discarded, and/or chicken drummettes

Mix dressing and soy sauce; reserve ½ cup of the dressing mixture.

Pour remaining dressing mixture over chicken in large zipper-style plastic bags; seal bags. Refrigerate several hours or overnight to marinate. Drain, discarding marinade.

Place chicken on greased grill over medium coals. Grill 20 minutes or until cooked through (160 degrees), turning once and brushing occasionally with reserved ½ cup dressing mixture. Serve with blue cheese dressing sprinkled with cracked pepper.
