Cheeseball Dip
*Makes a big bowl, may want to 1/2 recipe!

2-8 oz. pkgs of cream cheese
1 jar of cheez whiz
1 med. onion, chopped fine
Parsley flakes
3 egg yolks
3 T. sugar
3 T. vinegar
3 T. milk

Mix yolks, sugar, vinegar and milk in small saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring occassionally. Cool.

Mix cream cheese and cheese whiz, then add mixture above and mix thoroughly. Add onion and parsley flakes.

Chill.
