Ultimate Coffee Cake (Julie)

18 – 20 unbaked frozen dinner rolls
1 (3-oz) pkg regular vanilla or butterscotch pudding, not instant
½ cup brown sugar, packed
½ cup pecans, chopped
1 tsp cinnamon
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter, melted

The night before, place frozen rolls in a well-greased Bundt pan. Sprinkle dry pudding over rolls. Sprinkle brown sugar over pudding mix. Sprinkle chopped pecans over brown sugar. Sprinkle cinnamon over top. Pour melted butter over all. Cover with a damp cloth. Let rise overnight in cold oven, about 8 – 10 hours.

Remove pan from oven & preheat oven to 350°.

Bake for 30 minutes or until browned on top. Remove from oven & allow to cool for 5 minutes. Turn pan over onto serving plate.
