Cookie Sheet Cake (Mona - Jodi's Mother-In-Law)

Mix in bowl:
2 C sugar
2 C flour

Melt:
1 C water, 2 sticks butter, 4 T Cocoa and pour on dry mixture.

Mix in 1 C sour cream, 1 t baking soda, 1 t cinnamon, 1/2 t salt, 2 eggs, and 1 t vanilla. Pour on greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Be sure to ice the cake while the cake is hot.

Icing:

Heat 1 stick (or 1/2 c of butter), 1/3 c of milk, 4 T cocoa until boiling. Add 1 box powdered sugar, beat and spread on hot cake.
