Cranberry Salad
½ c. nuts
1 can crushed pineapple w/juice (8 oz)
½ c water
2 TBL lemon juice
1 pkg. Raspberry Jello - 3 oz
1 can cranberry sauce w/whole berries (16 oz)
½ c. chopped celery
Drain pineapple. Keep juice & mix with ½ cup water &
lemon juice. Heat to boiling.
Remove from heat & add jello. Add cranberry sauce & mix.
Refrigerate until set but not firm (1 hour)
Stir in pineapple, celery & nuts
Pour into bowl & chill until firm.
