Italian Sausage Sandwiches

1 lb. bulk Italian Sausage
1 - 8 oz. can Pizza Sauce
1 - 4 oz. can Mushroom Stems & Pieces, drained
4 French-Style Rolls, split lengthwise (Sub Buns)
1 medium Green Pepper, cut into rings
6 oz. sliced Mozzarella Cheese

Heat oven to 375 degrees. In skillet cook sausage and drain. Stir in pizza sauce and mushrooms; heat through. Spoon meat mixture onto bun. Top with pepper rings and cheese. Cover with bun tops and place on baking sheet. Cover tightly with foil and heat for 15 min.
