Loaded Mashed Potato Casserole (Julie)

3 cups mashed potatoes
¼ cup milk
4 oz cram cheese, softened
½ cup sour cream
1 tsp parsley flakes
½ tsp garlic salt
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
6 slices bacon, crispy cooked and crumbled

Preheat oven to 350°. Place all ingredients, except cheese and bacon in a large bowl. Beat with electric mixer until smooth & creamy. Spoon mixture into a greased 8” x 8” dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle bacon over top.

Can easily be doubled. Use a 9” x 13” pan.
