Mexican Dip

Brown and drain 1 pound ground beef.

Add:
¾ c. water
1 taco seasoning packet

Set aside to cool.

Layer:
Refried beans
8 oz. Cream cheese (softened)
16 oz. Sour cream
beef (cooled)
jar of salsa
chopped: lettuce, tomato, onion
shredded Mexican or taco (Monterey jack or cheddar) cheese

Use Frito Scoops to dip.
