Neil's Fudge

Bring to rolling boil at medium heat for 9-11 min.:
5 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
1 can carnation milk

In a bowl:
1-12 oz. Chocolate chips
1-13 oz. Marshmallow cream
1 tsp. Vanilla
nuts

Place in a buttered, oblong cake pan.
