Open-Face Turkey Dinner Sandwiches

2 lbs. Turkey Breast Tenderloins
½ tsp. Rubbed Sage
24 oz. Roasted Turkey Gravy
28 oz. Mashed Potatoes (I use instant.)
½ tsp. Poultry Seasoning
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
6 slices white bread, toasted
Paprika

Put turkey in slow cooker. Sprinkle with sage. Top with gravy. Cover and cook on low heat 8-10 hours.

About 10 min. before serving, make the mashed potatoes. Remove turkey from cooker; place on cutting board. Cut turkey into 12 pieces.

Stir poultry seasoning and Worcestershire sauce into gravy in cooker.

Place 2 turkey pieces on each toast slice. Top with mashed potatoes. Spoon gravy over potatoes. Sprinkle with paprika.
