Pennsylvania Dutch Split Chicken

Grilling Time: 60 - 75 minutes
Serves: 4

2 split broilers
2 cups vinegar
½ stick margarine
1 cup water
2 tbsp. Salt

While grill is preheating, combine sauce ingredients in a pan & heat. Do not boil. Wash split halves & pat dry.

Place broilers skin side down on preheated grill & baste with sauce. Turn skin side up & baste the other side. Close lid.

Turn & baste every 15 minutes.
