Peanut Blossoms Cookies

Sift together:
1 1/4 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Cream together:
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
Add:
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla.

Blend dry ingredients gradually; mix thoroughly. Shape dough into balls with hands. Roll balls in sugar and place on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and place a chocolate candy kiss on top.
