"Cleatus" - His face is pressed up against the placenta, so the only visible parts of his face are his nose and lips in this 4D picture. He is already ornery. During one of the ultrasounds, he flashed us the "peace" sign with two fingers to let us know he was just chillin.' This ultrasound picture was taken from the top down, so you can see the top of his skull with the two hemispheres of the brain.
