Pork Ribs w/Kraut 3 lbs. Pork ribs, cut into serving size Preheat pot on range over medium heat. Add ribs in batches to brown. Season with salt & pepper. Put ribs in crock pot. Layer sauerkraut, onion, mushrooms, apple wedges, and brown sugar over ribs. Cover & cook on low for 7 to 9 hours, medium for 5 or 6 hours, or high for 3 to 4 hours until meat is tender. Makes 6 servings. |
