Quesadillas (Julie) Lay out a medium size flour tortilla. On half of it, layer shredded Mexican Cheese Blend, sliced cooked chicken, chopped green onions, and top with more cheese. Heat skillet, then swirl butter over the bottom. Fold empty side of tortilla over filled side and put on pan. It will brown lightly quickly. Using a spatula underneath and holding the top down with your hand, carefully flip over to brown the other side. Serve with salsa and sour cream.
