Salmon Filets

½ c. Flour
1-1/4 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Paprika
1/8 tsp. Pepper
2 lbs. Salmon filets
1/3 c. butter or margarine

In large plastic bag, combine the flour, salt, paprika, and pepper. Add serving size pieces of fish and shake to coat.

In skillet, melt butter. Add filets. Cook over medium heat 3-5 min. on each side.

Makes 6-8 servings.
