Strawberry Jell-O Cream Pies (Melissa)

1 box strawberry Jell-O
1 tub Cool Whip
1 cup frozen whole strawberries
2 Graham Cracker pie shells

Dissolve Jell-O powder into a mixing bowl with ¾ cup boiling water.  Add a cup of frozen strawberries to bowl and mix until the Jell-O is a thick Jelly like consistency.  Fold/blend the Cool Whip into the mixing bowl with the Jell-O and strawberries until you have a pink creamy mousse.  Fill the Graham Cracker pie shells with the cream mixture.  Set pies in the refrigerator and allow the Jell-O Cream to continue forming stiffness.  Forms and slices best if set overnight, but can be sliced and served within at least 4 hours.
