Strawberry Tart

1 pie pastry
3 oz German Sweet Chocolate, melted
2 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
3 tbsp heavy whipping cream
2 tsp vanilla
1 ¾ cup confectioner’s sugar
2 ½ cup sliced strawberries

Press pastry into a 9” tart pan with a removable bottom. (Weight down center.) Bake at 450° for 10 minutes. Cool on rack.

Spread melted chocolate over crust. Cover & refrigerate 5 – 10 minutes until almost set. Beat cream cheese & vanilla until smooth. Gradually add sugar. Spread over chocolate. Arrange strawberries over filling. Cover & refrigerate 2 hours.
