Herbed Turkey and Broccoli

2 quarts water
8 ounces dried linguine or spaghetti, broken in half
3 cups small broccoli flowerets
1 (8 oz.) container soft-style cream cheese with garlic and herbs
2/3 cup milk
1/4 tsp. black pepper
6 ounces diced turkey breast (or chicken)

1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add noodles. Return
to boiling. Reduce heat. Cook for 6 minutes. Add broccoli and return to
boiling. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, until pasta is tender & broccoli is
crisp-tender. Drain.


2. In the same pot, combine cream cheese, milk, and pepper.
Cook and stir over low heat until cream cheese is melted. Add pasta-broccoli mixture and turkey. Toss until coated with the cheese mixture.
