Dorie's Twice Baked Potatoes

Bake potatoes. Cut them in half and scoop out the inside into a bowl. Add soft margarine, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, ham, garlic salt, and pepper. (Firm to pudding consistency.)

Put mixture back into their shells. Cover with shredded cheddar cheese and/or bacon bits. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 min.
