Western Spareribs

3 pounds spareribs, cut in 2-rib pieces
1 package McCormick Bag’n Season Pork Chops
1 tbsp. Brown sugar
1 tsp. Chili powder
1 tsp. Garlic powder
1 tsp. Ground mustard
½ tsp. Ground ginger
1 tsp. Soy sauce
¼ tsp. Liquid smoke

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange opened cooking bag in 13 x 9 inch baking pan. (Bag is included in Pork Chop seasoning.) Place ribs in bag.

Combine Bag ‘n Season with remaining ingredients. Sprinkle seasoning blend evenly over ribs. Close bag loosely with nylon tie. Cut 4 small holes in top of bag to allow steam to escape.

Bake in lower half of oven 1 ½ hours. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut open bag & serve.
